The Tia Solution is built to operate on multi-company and multi-country level. The multi-site feature is specifically designed for insurers who market several independent brands but want the advantages of running a central set-up from a single Tia installation. Being able to differentiate on services and offerings across brands is a great leap forward for insurers who are in the process of expanding, merging or acquiring. Managing multiple brands or companies from a single database significantly increases control, simplifies internal operations and reduces costs across the organisation – and with our country layer, you can easily make our standard solution serve your local needs.
The multi-site feature introduces a site hierarchy, where a site can be connected to another site in a tree structure. A rule hierarchy is available where rules of use are predefined at any level and cascade down to the relevant site. This applies to existing rules in the system as well as newly configured rules. The multi-site feature also allows data segregation, making it possible to control access to certain data and ensure that users work only with customers and policies within the framework of their designated brand.
