Dina Forsäkringar went live on the TIA Solution on the 6th of March 2012 after a full conversion from an old system, which was shut down on the 1st of March.

This is the first phase of the TIA Solution implementation at Dina covering motor products for private and commercial lines. Dina is very pleased with the go-live and the first week of operations.

Arnold Schagerström, Project Manager, says about the project, “Dina is very satisfied with the first phase of the TIA implementation project and we appreciate the effort of the devoted and competent implementation team (Affecto) who have done a great job.”

Dina has implemented TIA version 6.2 together with a suite of Country-Specific Functionality developed exclusively for Sweden.

Dina will now continue with the next phase, non-motor new-business.

TIA Technology sincerely congratulates Dina with the successful completion of the first phase of TIA implementation project.

“It has been a pleasure working with Dina and Affecto on this project. Dina had from the beginning a crystal clear business case for the investment in TIA's business solution, and it always makes an implementation project go smooth when the KPIs are known and tangible. For TIA Technology, Dina is a very important client given that we see the Swedish market as one of our strategic commercial markets. Therefore, in line with the implementation project we developed a whole range of country-specific add-on business modules exclusively for Sweden. As a result we now have a comprehensive standard insurance solution with a perfect fit into the Swedish insurance market in addition to unrivalled business functionality and processes”, says Liselotte Munk, TIA CEO.
