Your personal information is stored in a controlled environment and our security measures are continuously monitored to protect your information with the greatest care. Once we have received your information, we will use strict security features to prevent unauthorized access.
Retention of your personal information
We retain your personal information in our databases only for as long as such information is needed and useful for the recruitment purpose. We store the personal information for varying durations, depending on the type of information, but only if we continue to have a valid reason. This includes allowing TIA Technology to pursue available remedies or to limit any damages that we may sustain, to solve or contain a recurring problem or to have enough information to respond to future issue, to uphold agreements between you and TIA Technology, to prevent fraudulent activity and to be compliant with applicable law.
TIA Technology seeks to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. You may at any time request to see the information we have collected about you. You also have the right to object to our collection and against the further processing of your personal information. You also have the right to correct your personal information if needed. Contact information regarding your personal information
TIA Technology policy regarding the use of personality tests
In connection with some recruitments, TIA Technology conducts personality testing (Hogan). The purpose of the test is to evaluate your skills and qualifications as a potential employee and to assess whether your profile fits into the company and the specific position.
We use your consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the Data Protection Regulation as the basis for processing this information and you will therefore be asked to give your consent before the test is conducted. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact the HR department at TIA Technology.
If you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time. Therefore, it does not affect the legality of our processing of the information until you withdraw your consent.
Storage and deletion
If you are not hired by TIA Technology, we will delete the reports from your personality test immediately after you have received information about the rejection.
If you are hired, we will store the test result in your Personal folder.
When you are no longer employed with TIA Technology we will delete all personal information incl. the result of your personality test in accordance with the applicable rules for storing of personal data.
